May or may not be blow dried, depending on the cats behavior. The cat may have to be towel dried and given back to the owner to air dry at home, but will be brushed out before the bath along with nails trimmed and ears cleaned.

Our spa package includes the scent of the month shampoo plus conditioner, teeth brushing, and one extra add on of your choice. 

Small dogs $20

We use a de-shedding shampoo that loosens the hair follicles, then we use a force dryer to blow out the excessive undercoat before, during, and after the bath, then we do 30 minutes of extra brushing to reduce excessive shedding and allow healthy air flow to the pets skin.

We use an enzyme based tooth gel that breaks up the plaque when used regularly. This is good for pets who do not have a bunch of tartar build-up and you want to keep their teeth in good shape to prevent dental issues. If your dog already has a lot of tartar build-up, this option will not help as the pup would need a teeth cleaning/scraping 1st then we can do the teeth brushing to maintain it.

We let the pet soak in a flea killing shampoo for 20 mins to remove any fleas that are currently on the body. This is not a flea preventative and the pet will get fleas again without a proper flea treatment such as Frontline, Advantage, NexGuard, etc…We highly recommend you treat your home while we treat your pet to ensure the fleas don’t jump right back on him/her as soon as they get home.

The V.I.P. is where we block off a set amount of time to focus solely on your pet to get them in and out in under 2 hours. This is good for elderly pups or any pet that is stressed out when kenneled for a prolonged amount of time or if you need your pet to be done by a certain time. We ask that you request the V.I.P service at time of scheduling the appointment.

Nail trim only is $15 (trimmed with nail cutters)

Nail buffing is $20 (grinded down with a Dremel to remove the sharp edges from cutting)

Cats and Small Animal Nail Trims are $15

We externally express the built up fluid in the anal glands to relieve the pressure making it more comfortable for the pet. Pets who’s anal glands are recessed or impacted need to be internally expressed, which is done by a veterinarian.

We shave the paw pads, scissor up the feet, shave the sanitary area, and trim around the dogs eyes.

Basic ear cleaning using a special cleanser to remove excess ear wax is $10. 

To pull out ear hair, opening up air flow to the ear canal is an additional $5

Charges range depending on the severity of the matting. Mat removal is an additional charge because it takes extra time, extra skill to remove the mats safely, and it puts extra wear and tear on our blades/equipment. 

This category ranges from a wiggly dog that needs an additional pair of hands to groom, any dogs who are elderly or have hip or knee problems that require some extra care, dogs who need help standing and anything that requires 2 people to get the dog done. Prices vary on how much extra handling it requires.

We do accept aggressive dogs, but there is a $20 fee for handling the behavior. If the dog is too aggressive beyond the safety of our control then the we will have to abort the service.

Dropping off 1+ hours prior to your appointment time will result in a $10 early drop off fee, unless you are using our daycare services. Please understand that we have limited kennel space and schedule our appointments strategically to ensure we have room for every pet that comes in. Dropping off early or leaving your pets late interrupts that kennel flow and we start to run out of space for other Pets left after closing will result in a $10 per 30 min fee for making the staff stay past closing.

We have a 15 minute late policy where if you drop off more than 15mins late there will be a $10 late fee. If you are 30+ minutes late then you will need to reschedule your appointment. 

Cancellations are free of charge up to 24 hours prior to your appointment. Any cancellations within 24 hours will be considered a last minute cancellation. You may reschedule for a different time that same day (upon availability) but any appointments removed from the current days schedule will result in a $25 fee, which will need to be paid before scheduling your next appointment.

Any no shows will be charged $50 to compensate our groomers for their losses. This charge will be applied to your account and must be paid before scheduling your next appointment.
